Welcome to My99Store! By purchasing or interacting with us (via WhatsApp, phone, or in-person), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

My99Store sells mobile phones, mobile covers, and accessories.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services means you accept any changes made.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability.
Prices may change without notice due to market conditions or promotions.
We try to ensure that all product information (images, descriptions, etc.) is accurate, but minor variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or direct message.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and Bank Transfer.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment or agreement for COD.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across Gorakhpur and nearby areas.
National shipping is available where applicable (shipping charges may apply).
Delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on location and availability.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items (see our Refund & Return Policy for full details).
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned product.

6. Warranty & Liability

Mobiles may carry manufacturer warranties; please check at the time of purchase.
My99Store is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or third-party repairs.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier or transport issues.

7. Customer Conduct

Abusive or fraudulent behavior (including fake orders or return scams) will result in a ban from future purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
