At My99Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  2. Wrong Product Received:

    • If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange for a return and send the correct product at no extra cost.

  3. Conditions for Return:

    • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.

    • Mobile covers or accessories must not be scratched, used, or altered.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Mobile phones once activated or used

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Policy

  • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or UPI.

  • For COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after verifying the return.

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is returned and verified.

Exchange Policy

We allow one-time exchanges for mobile covers (wrong size or design) within 3 days of delivery. Customer will bear shipping charges unless the mistake is ours.
